This intensive, innovative training program covers a 30-day time frame during which you’ll get into the best shape of your life. By offering the program at multiple locations--we make it easy for you to find a place that’s close and convenient. The program intersperses outdoor workouts with indoor studio sessions and provides a well-rounded, cross-training approach that maximizes your fat-burning potential while keeping boredom at bay.

This program also emphasizes accountability. Unlike classes at the gym, your participation will be expected – and monitored – for every single session. That means if you’re a no-show without a valid excuse or continually arrive late, you can expect to do a few extra push-ups, laps or lunges.

Operation Boot Camp workouts run no more than an hour, during which you’ll blast calories, improve strength and form a strong bond with your fellow recruits. Yes, your will and determination will be tested, and there are days when you’ll be sore. But you also can count on instructors to be by your side at every step, challenging you to push harder – and congratulating you when you cross the finish line. In addition, instructors monitor your daily food intake, helping you learn how to incorporate nutrition into an overall healthy lifestyle.

Here’s what else you’ll benefit from in Fitness Boot Camp:

  • Quality Instruction and Motivation: Although any workout with the phrase “Boot Camp” in it might sound intimidating, Fitness Boot Camp focuses on discipline and intensity instead of pain or punishment. Our instructors are fitness experts who use an approach of encouragement and enthusiasm -- not embarrassment – to pull the best performance possible out of every Boot Camper for every workout.
  • Challenging, Varied Workouts:  Morning sessions start early – 6AM and Evening Sessions start at 6:00PM! – but after a few sessions, you’ll quickly discover that adding a solid workout to your day is addictive: Your energy level will get a jump-start and you’ll burn extra calories throughout the day. Plus, we make sure you never get bored: Workouts are challenging but fun and change every day.
  • The Boot Camp Logbook: You’ll live by this guidebook during your 30-day program. It provides important program information, such as goals and guidelines, as well as a meal plan and tracking section that you’ll be accountable for every day. Instructors will help you monitor your progress and avoid pitfalls.
  • Additional Resources: Our staff sends out daily e-mails packed with helpful info on health, nutrition and exercise – everything from tips on staying motivated and the best way to wash your sneakers. In addition, our staff is always on hand to answer your questions, comments or concerns.

Generally the times you would need to be available:

  • Park Workouts: These workouts are PRE-scheduled for everyone. The morning workout schedule may change slightly from session to session. To be eligible to participate you would need to be able to attend most of these workouts. They are held outdoors in various locations and are anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour long (The Morning 6AM workouts will end no later than 7 AM during the work week).
  • Studio Workouts: Several of the Locations include studio workouts.  You may be scheduled to attend a few of these workouts throughout the 30 day session. The times/days will vary depending on your availability and the class schedule offered for your particular program. Your schedule will be set before the boot camp begins, and you are expected to attend all scheduled workouts.
