Oklahoma: Shawnee- Fitness Boot Camp
Operation Boot Camp’s Shawnee is the original site of the Oklahoma branch of Operation Bootcamp. The current lead instructors have been with this site for three years and were personally trained by the owner who is a 5th degree black belt in Tae Kwan Do! As the original, we are "old school" and some say "hard core" but don't let that scare you away. Quite the opposite!! We will support you with positive encouragement, hold you accountable, and push you beyond anything you thought was possible while working at your personal fitness level..... all this equals RESULTS!! You will quickly be addicted to these workouts that change daily and progressively get more challenging.... all with a high energy level that makes you not want to miss a day!!
What makes Shawnee a great place to get in shape? There are soccer fields, tennis courts, a running track, workout equipment, bathrooms, open fields and lots of parking.
.Camp Specifics: Week 1 at Air Park, Week 2 at Kidspace, Week 3 at Woodland, and Week 4 back at Airpark. We work out two days a week inside (M and W) and three days a week outside (T, Th, and Friday). We get down and dirty and work out outside rain or shine, hot or cold, unless there is severe weather including high winds or lightening. Inside we jam out to high energy music that you can't help but push yourself to!!

Once you enroll in a session, you will be scheduled to attend a specific Orientation – and we will cover everything you need to know so you are prepared for the session.
