How it works:  The 30-Day Fitness Boot Camp Program includes 18 group workouts.  Each location has a specific schedule for workouts and are pre-scheduled for everyone. To be eligible to participate, you would need to be able to attend most of these workouts.  All of our workouts last approximately 45 minutes.
