Our History
The concept of fitness boot camp came about over six years ago at Atlanta Kick.  It all began with an ex-army veteran’s desire to get back in military “boot camp shape”. Atlanta Kick then combined their many years of fitness experience, a healthy food plan, ideals of martial arts training and the intensity of their fitness kickboxing program to create a program to help regular people benefit from a boot camp experience without signing up for military service!
Many years later, Atlanta Kick and a few of their lead boot camp instructors formed Operation Boot Camp.

Our Vision
The heart of Operation Boot Camp is in our passion for life! We teach people to lead a positive and fun fitness lifestyle. We believe in the potential of every one of our boot campers. We take the best aspects of a military boot camp and add positive attitude, motivation, and FUN!  We inspire and educate our boot campers to build good habits. We teach our members to lead a balanced lifestyle including fitness, healthy eating and living life to the fullest!

 
   

Our Focus
We hold each boot camper accountable for their goals. We keep track of attendance, monitor fitness progress and continually provide feedback.  
We are committed to help each person set realistic goals and reach them. 
We also challenge our participants to step out of their comfort zone.  This allows each person to achieve things they never could before - either alone or even with the help of a personal trainer.
We strive for continual improvement, innovations in our workouts and eating plan.
We want to provide the type of customer service that turns our boot campers into boot camp junkies!
We lead by example; our instructors have all completed the boot camp program and live a balanced, healthy and fitness focused lifestyle. Our instructors love to help our clients improve their lives.
