Tulakes Elementary School located at 6600 Galaxie Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73132 is the indoor location in case of inclement weather. Stars and Stripes Park Operation Boot Camp Lake Hefner meets at the entrance of Stars and Stripes Park at the corner of Portland and South Lake Hefner Drive. From the intersection of Northwest Expressway and Portland Avenue, go North on Portland, approximately one mile. This leads into the park; parking is immediately on the right.
