Where do we meet?
When meeting at Lakeshore Park, participants should use the Northshore Drive entrance. Stay to the right when the road splits (if you get to the hospital, you've gone too far). Then make your 2nd right. Follow the road to the large parking lot near the soccer pavilion.

When does Lakeshore Park offer fitness boot camps?

Lakeshore Park offers fitness boot camps at 6:00am (indoor/outdoor), 8:45am (outdoor) and 9:30am (outdoor).
